WBBM-Ch. News anchor 2 Irika Sargent and her husband, Dorian Orr, sold their four-bedroom gray stone house in Lincoln Park on Friday for its asking price of $1.49 million.

An attorney, Sargent, 42, has been with CBS 2 since 2015, when she joined the station from the CBS affiliate in Miami. Sargent currently anchors the weekday evening newscasts on Channel 2 at 5, 6, and 10 p.m.

In Lincoln Park, Sargent’s husband paid $1.21 million for the house in April 2019, and the couple married six months later. Recently renovated, the home has 3 1/2 baths, two fireplaces, a 27-foot wide interior, a two-story family room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, an island, and a walkout. -in the pantry. Both Sargent and listing agent Maureen Burns did not respond to requests for comment on the listing.

The house had a property tax bill of $22,237 in tax year 2020.
