Mike brings more than 13 years of banking experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity transactions, and debt capital markets financing. He has executed transactions in a variety of industry sectors during his career. Mike joins Intrepid after 10 years as an investment banker in the Diversified Industrial Group at Wells Fargo Securities. He began his career in investment banking at JP Morgan’s Industrials Group in New York. Prior to banking, Mike served as a Special Forces Operator in the United States Marine Corps.
